Full-Time Accounts Receivables Position Mclean, VA
Immediate need for a full-time Accounts Receivable person. The position is located in Mclean, VA. Salary range from $50,000-$60,000. All applicants must have recent government/federal accounting experience.
Description:
- Maintaining customer contracts and project budgets
- Processing billings and collection of accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly revenue schedules
- Processing collection calls on overdue accountsreceivables
- Assisting with month-end close process
- Preparing account reconciliations and analysis
- Assisting with implementing and maintaining policies andprocedures
- Assisting with the creation of management reports
- Assisting with pricing, prosposal
- Completing other financial related projects as assigned
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting , CPA preferred
- 3 to 4 years of relative accounting experience
- Experience with billing in a government contractingorganization
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Quickbooks and Deltek preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel,Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of theorganization
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks whileachieving deadlines
